The Legal 500 EMEA: Properta Once Again Reaches Top Rankings

Properta performed excellent again in the latest Legal 500 EMEA 2024 rankings, evaluating the expertise and client satisfaction of law firms and lawyers. Like last year, both our IPR and real estate legal expertise was reached the second-highest Tier 2 level in the categories of ‘Real Estate and Construction’ and ‘Intellectual Property’. Our expertise in “Dispute Resolution” was also recognised in the ’Firms To Watch’ -category.  

Three of Properta’s lawyers Hanna-Maija Elo, Kukka Tommila, and Ilkka Koivisto were named as ‘Leading Individuals’ in Finland. Emilia Hodge was named as a ‘Rising Star’.
