Properta advises Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj on the acquisition of a three-property commercial portfolio in Tampere

Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal counsel to Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj in their acquisition of a real estate portfolio containing three commercial properties in the Lielahti area of Tampere. The properties were acquired from Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

The properties are Leed Gold-certified, comprise a total leasable area of approximately 23,500 m2, and are currently occupied by several well-known tenants such as Kesko, Puuilo, Minimani, Lager 157 and Elixia.

The transaction was handled by Properta’s team consisting of Ilari Mustonen, Ilkka Koivisto and Katja Firtser.
