Ilari has versatile experience in real estate law and leads our real estate transactions team. He has assisted both Finnish and international clients in real estate transactions, development and construction matters, dispute resolution, as well as in other real estate-related assignments. In addition, Ilari has experience in commercial dispute resolution and insolvency-related assignments.
In addition to having worked in some of Finland’s largest law firms, Ilari has also worked as a legal counsel at a Finnish listed construction group, and therefore has an excellent understanding of the commercial and practical aspects relating to transactions, project development and construction.
