Properta advises Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj on the acquisition of a commercial property in Vantaa

Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal counsel to Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj in their acquisition of a commercial property in Tammisto, Vantaa. The property was acquired from OP-Rental Yield fund.

The total leasable area of the property is close to 9,000 m2. The property is currently occupied by several well-known tenants such as Clas Ohlson, Normal, Lindex and Marimekko.

The transaction was handled by Properta’s team consisting of Ilkka Koivisto, Henry Firtser and Iida Merikoski.
