Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal counsel to Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj in their sale of a commercial and office property in Petikko, Vantaa. The property was acquired by Laakkonen Kiinteistöt Oy.

The total leasable area of the property is close to 5,600 m2. BLC Turva Oy serves as the anchor tenant of the property.
