Properta advises Cibus Real Estate AB (publ) in three real estate development projects

Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal counsel to Cibus Real Estate AB (publ) in connection with three real estate development projects, comprising two K-Market grocery store developments in Kuopio and one K-Supermarket grocery store development in Ii.

The assignments covered advising on lease agreement and construction contract negotiations, land acquisition and land lease arrangements, cadastral procedures, as well as construction-phase matters and other contractual aspects relating to the development of the properties.
