Properta advises Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj on the divestment of logistics and warehouse properties in Helsinki and Kerava

Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal counsel to Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj in their divestment of logistics and warehouse properties in Oulunkylä, Helsinki and Myllykorpi, Kerava. The properties were acquired by Episurf Medical AB (publ).

The total leasable area of the properties is approximately 27,000 m2. Tenants of the properties include Gigantti Oy Ab, Viktor Ek Muutot Oy, Suomen Messut Oyj and Tip Trailer Services Finland Ab, among others.

The transaction was handled by Properta’s team consisting of Ilkka Koivisto, Ilari Mustonen and Henry Firtser.
