Properta Attorneys Ltd advised Julius-Tallberg Kiinteistöt Oyj on the legal aspects of a deal completed on 20 August 2020, whereby a campus property was purchased from Laurea-ammattikorkeakoulu Oy. Laurea University of Applied Sciences will continue its operations on the property as a tenant of Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj.
