Properta Attorneys Ltd advised Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj on the legal aspects of a deal completed on 26 August 2020, whereby a logistics and warehouse real estate in Hyvinkää was purchased from Suka Oy. The real estate is completely rented out to Kesko Oyj for Onninen Oy’s use.
