Properta advised on the sale of Retail Centre Grani

Properta advised VVT Property Fund I Ky on the sale of Retail Centre Grani to NREP.

Retail Centre Grani hosts among other grocery stores S-market and K-Supermarket and Alko. The property has approximately 7,500 sq m of lettable area and has been awarded a BREEAM Very Good environmental certificate.
