Properta advised on the acquisition of large retail park

Properta Attorneys Ltd. acted as the legal advisor to Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj in the acquisition of the shares of the Kiinteistö Oy Vantaan Antaksentie 4 from Erikoissijoitusrahasto eQ Liikekiinteistöt on 28 March 2024. Vantaanportti Retail Park, owned by the target company of the acquisition, is located in Pakkala area in Vantaa close to Helsinki-Vantaa airport and is a well-known commercial center with its rentable area of almost 25.000 square meters.
