Properta advised in the sale of housing companies owned by Paavo Nurmi Foundation

Properta Attorneys Ltd. acted as the legal advisor to Paavo Nurmi Foundation in the sale of the shares of the limited liability housing companies Asunto Oy Helsingin Franzeninaukio and Asunto Oy Linnankoskenkatu 13 to Keskinäinen Työeläkevakuutusyhtiö Elo on 15 February 2024. The blocks of flats owned by the housing companies are situated in Töölö and Kallio and consist of about 100 flats altogether.
