Managing IP (IP STARS) 2024: Properta hits big

Properta has again been ranked to the highest Tier 1 in both the latest ‘Trade mark Prosecution’ and Trade mark Disputes’ rankings by Managing IP – IP STARS Trade mark 2024 -rankings. The lates rankings are a fine continuation on Properta’s success in IP-rankings – in April Properta won “Finland Trademark Disputes Firm of the Year” and “Impact Case of the Year – Lännen MCE v Berky – Case C-104/22” Managing IP Awards.

Being ranked to the highest Tier 1 in both trademark categories is a significant recognition of Properta’s professionals’ skills in handling trademark prosecution and litigation assignments. Other firms recognised in the Tier 1 category are among the biggest law firms in Finland, making this achievement a respectable one.
