Chambers Global 2025 rankings and MIP Awards 2025 EMEA shortlists published

In the Chambers Global 2025 publication, Properta’s experts have been ranked for the first time in Finland for dispute resolution, with our partner Martina Kronström listed in the “Dispute Resolution” category in Band 4. Martina was noted as a strong dispute resolver, with her expertise in criminal law particularly highlighted in freedom of speech and media cases.

Properta also maintained its previous high Chambers Global rankings in IPR. The entire Properta IPR team was again recognized in the Intellectual Property listing in Band 2, with our partners Hanna-Maija Elo in Band 1 and Kukka Tommila in Band 3. Our IPR group’s strong reputation was once again highlighted, especially our expertise in trademark disputes, with the SodaStream vs. Mysoda case, where Properta represented Mysoda Oy in the Supreme Court, specifically mentioned. Hanna-Maija’s expertise and experience as a renowned trademark and marketing law expert were emphasized, including copyright and domain name disputes and licensing agreements. Kukka’s expertise was highlighted not only in trademark oppositions and disputes but also in portfolio management, with design rights assignments also noted.
