Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal advisor to Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj on the legal aspects of a deal completed on 5 September 2022, whereby the shares of the real estate company Kiinteistö Oy Kielotie 1-3 Vantaa were purchased by Wihanto Oy. The real estate company owns a fully let building located in Tikkurila, Vantaa. The lettable area of the premises is ca. 3,400 sqm.
