Properta Attorneys Ltd advised Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj on the purchase of the shares of Kiinteistö Oy Opus 1

Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal advisor to Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj on the legal aspects of a deal completed on 6 July 2022, whereby Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj purchased the shares of Kiinteistö Oy Opus 1 from Artemis Holdco Oy (Cromwell European REIT’s indirect and wholly-owned subsidiary). Kiinteistö Oy Opus 1 owns an office building located in Herttoniemi, Helsinki. The lettable area of the premises is ca. 6,800 sqm and its main tenant is Berner Oy.
