Properta advises the University of Vaasa on legal aspects of purchasing the Palosaari campus

Properta Attorneys Ltd advised the University of Vaasa on the legal aspects of a sale completed on 30 April 2019, whereby Vaasa Maritime Campus Ltd (a joint venture of the University and the City of Vaasa) purchased the Palosaari campus from University Properties of Finland Ltd for a sale price of approximately EUR 26 million. The campus gives the University a total built floor area of nearly 30,000 square metres for use by 500 staff members and 5,000 students on a daily basis.
