Properta advised VVT Project Fund I Ky on sale of retail property

Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal advisor to VVT Project Fund I Ky in the sale on 9 November 2020 of a modern retail property in Lempäälä to Corum Origin SCPI, managed by Corum Asset Management.

The 2017 completed building is located in the RealPark area in Lempäälä and the fully leased property has a lettable area of circa 5.700 sq. m.
