Properta advised VVT Project Fund I Ky on acquisition of hypermarket property

Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal advisor to VVT Project Fund I Ky in the acquisition of a hypermarket property in Itäkeskus, Helsinki on 10 March 2020.

In the fully let premises operate HOK-Elanto Prisma together with amongs others Alko and XXL Sports & Outdoor. The building was built in 2008 and it is located in the junction of Ring Road I and Itäväylä which is an essential hub of public transport. The lettable area of the premises is ca. 20,000 sqm.
