Properta advised on the acquisition of KOy EnergyLab Vaasa

Properta advised the University of Vaasa on the acquisition of all shares in the real estate company KOy EnergyLab Vaasa from VP Facilities Oy Ab on 17 March 2023.

The real estate company owns a building in Palosaari, Vaasa, in which the combustion engine and fuel laboratories of the University are located. The University has leased the premises until now.
