Properta acted as legal advisor to the sellers in a transaction 17 June 2021 in which Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd acquired a retail property located in the Vantaa Tammisto retail area from Aktia Life Assurance Ltd, Fennia Life Insurance Company Ltd and the Pharmacy Pension Fund. The leasable area of the building is approximately 4 000 sq.m.
