Properta advised in the sale of logistics property in Vantaa Aviapolis

Properta acted as legal advisor to the seller in a transaction 30 June 2021 in which Evli Rental Yield Fund, a special investment fund managed by Evli Fund Management Company Ltd acquired a logistics property located in Vantaa Aviapolis from VVT Property Fund I Ky. The leasable area of the building is approximately 6,600 sq.m.
