Properta Attorneys Ltd served as Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj’s legal advisor in a transaction where Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj sold the shares of Kiinteistö Oy Suutarilan Huoltokeskus to another investor.

Kiinteistö Oy Suutarilan Huoltokeskus is an office and warehouse property fully leased to Ramirent Finland Ltd. The property has long served as Ramirent’s Finnish headquarters, as well as a service point and storage facility for construction equipment rental.
