Heikki supports our clients in managing construction and real estate projects, from contract negotiations to project consultation and resolution of potential disputes. He has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, both as attorney and as in-house counsel. Before returning to legal practice, Heikki worked as General Counsel and a member of the executive board at one of Finland’s leading building services companies.

In addition to his deep understanding of construction projects and dispute resolution, Heikki has experience in international mergers and acquisitions due to his previous roles.
