Heidi has special expertise in zoning real estate development projects, agreements on easements and shared possession, and joint development arrangements. She is also highly competent in managing real estate and real estate company transactions and land leases. Heidi has been practising real estate formation law for over 20 years, and also conducts many planning and building permit appeals in the administrative courts. She also gained strong expertise in consumer marketing law during her early work in government service.
