Properta advised Kiitokori Oy on the divestment of Vema Lift Oy and Saurus Oy

Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as legal advisor to Kiitokori Oy in the transaction completed on 6 February 2020 whereby Kiitokori sold Vema Lift Oy and Saurus Oy to Nordic Rescue Group Oy. Nordic Rescue Group Oy is a company owned by Sievi Capital Oy and the state-owned investment company Tesi (Suomen Teollisuussijoitus Oy).
