Properta Attorneys Ltd advised K/S Jyväskylä Retail on the legal aspects of a deal completed on 16 November 2020, whereby a retail property in Ahjokatu 1, Jyväskylä was sold to private investors. The property has several tenants and its two buildings have a total lettable area of circa 5.500 sq. m. Newsec acted as the seller’s commercial advisor.
