Properta Attorneys Ltd advised Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj on the legal aspects of a deal completed on 29 October 2020, whereby the shares of the real estate company Kiinteistö Oy Konalaterra were purchased from Elite Kiinteistökehitysrahasto I Ky. Kiinteistö Oy Konalaterra owns the office and industrial building located in Konala, Helsinki. The lettable area of the premises is ca. 15,000 sqm and it has nearly 50 tenants.
