Properta advises NV Property Fund I Ky on the sale of an industrial property

Properta Attorneys Ltd advised NV Property Fund I Ky on the legal aspects of a deal completed on 7 June 2019, whereby the Fund sold an industrial property in Kauklahti near Helsinki to the OP-Vuokratuotto special investment fund. The building is leased to the cosmetics company Lumene Ltd, providing a total of some 12,150 square metres of production, laboratory and office accommodation.
