Properta advised the Pharmacy Pension Fund and Ässä-Asunnot Oy in the Iso Paja joint investment arrangement

Properta acted as legal advisor to the purchasers in the joint investment arrangement in which the Pharmacy Pension Fund and Ässä-Asunnot Oy became joint owners of the Iso Paja property together with the Finnish Broadcasting Company’s (YLE) Pension Fund by a transaction executed on 3 May 2021.

Iso Paja is located in a visible place in Pasila, Helsinki, and encompasses approx. 17,000 sqm of lettable area. Several well-known companies operate as tenants in the premises, such as VR-Group Ltd and Jatke Oy, which have their headquarters in Iso Paja.
