Properta advised several parties on the sale of residential property in Pasila Helsinki

Properta advised the Finnish Pharmacy Pension Fund, the Pension Fund of the Finnish Broadcasting Company and Suomen Ässä-Asunnot Oy on the sale of a residential property. The residential property, located in Pasila Helsinki, was acquired by Nordea Life Assurance Finland Ltd on 30 August 2021.

The 8-storey apartment buildings were constructed in 2018 by Jatke and include 170 apartments and a parking hall.
