Properta advised on the sale of shares in Suomen Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy

Properta advised the University of Vaasa on the sale of its shareholding in Suomen Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy (SYK) to Hemsö Suomi Oy on 20 April 2022. The sold shareholding represents 1.53 percent of all shares in SYK and the purchase price amounts to 15 million euros.
