Properta advised NV Property Fund I Ky on the sale of a commercial property in Tammisto, Vantaa, to Evolv (member of Swedish Slättö Förvaltning) on 13 December 2021. The major part of the 20,000 sqm property is leased to tenants operating in the field of logistics and retail business.
