Properta advised on the acquisition of logistics center

Properta Attorneys Ltd. acted as the legal advisor to VVT Property Fund II Ky in the acquisition, on 21 September 2023, of a 17,000 sqm modern logistics center located near the Helsinki-Vantaa airport. The property, completed in 2021, has a LEED Gold certificate and is fully leased to Logitri Oy.
