Properta advised NV Property Fund I Ky in the sale of Pöllölaakso area

Properta acted as legal advisor to NV Property Fund I Ky in the sale on 21 December 2020 of the Pöllölaakso area in Pasila, Helsinki, to Skanska. Pöllölaakso is known as the long-standing place of business of the broadcasting company MTV.

The zoning plan of the area encompasses 43,100 square meters of building right for housing and 600 – 700 homes are planned to be built on the area.
