Properta Attorneys Ltd acted as a legal advisor to Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj on the legal aspects of a deal completed on 12 January 2021, whereby the shares of the real estate company Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Gyldenintie 2 were purchased by Ålandsbanken Tonttirahasto Erikoissijoitusrahasto. Kiinteistö Oy Helsingin Gyldenintie 2 owns a property in the center of Lauttasaari, close to the metro station. Pohjola Rakennus Oy will construct a new building at the property.
