Properta Attorneys Ltd advised Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oy on the legal aspects of a deal completed on 3 January 2020, whereby an industrial property in Kerava was sold to Erikoissijoitusrahasto Aktia Toimitilat Oy. The tenant of the property, Europress Group Oy, is a leading producer of waste disposal containers in northern Europe.
