Erika Mäkinen Joins Properta

On 2 September 2024, our team at Properta was strengthened by the arrival of an experienced professional, as Erika Mäkinen (LL.M.) joined our real estate group. Erika will be offering a broad range of services to our clients.

Erika brings extensive expertise in real estate law, having previously worked, among others, with the National Land Survey of Finland (Maanmittauslaitos). Her experience includes a particular focus on property transactions, land formation, and zoning matters. She is also well-versed in legal aspects related to housing transactions and housing companies. In addition, Erika regularly provides legal education.

I’m looking forward to taking on interesting and varied assignments in my new role, and to applying my strengths in the work.
